Refund and Cancellation Policy
At AKD Tech Products, we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something doesn't sit right, we're here to make it right as simply as we can.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Once we get the returned item, we'll inspect it and let you know we've received it. We'll then update you right away on whether the refund is approved.
If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, we can't guarantee cancellation because the order may already be processed and handed over to the carrier.
To cancel, just reach out with your order number and the reason. We'll do everything we can to help — if the order hasn't shipped yet, you're in the clear.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If something arrives damaged or not working as it should, get in touch right away with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We'll take a look and sort out a replacement or a full refund, whichever works best.
Return Shipping:
You'll need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us. Those original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.
